My second digital sculpture. Anatomical David is an anatomy study based on Michelangelo�s famous sculpture David. The goal was not to produce an exact copy but to use it as a reference for an anatomy study. During the course of this sculpture my grasp on the sculpting tools improved a lot. I�ve still got a bit to learn but I�m starting to feel a lot more comfortable using the sculpting tools now. In addition, I added some good basic knowledge of lighting during my work on this sculpt as well. You can see a basic 3 point light set up with rim lighting. I feel like I did a pretty good job on the anatomy, though I do still think there is room for improvement. Done completely in Blender.
