When I say "imagine a vehicle" I'll bet a million dollars you're thinking about the exterior. And that's why the exterior is important. It defines everything about a vehicle's visual perception: Style, utility, purpose. This week we're going to build a vehicle exterior based on concepts like building to scale and building from blueprints.
Maybe I shouldn't have chosen a tank to model.

QUESTION: Do you suggest that we start by blocking out our vehicle and then detailing it?
why not use the "face constrain" instead of shrink wrap ? I find it allot faster to use.
QUESTION: Is there a reason why you don't use the "Even" feature of the edge slide when creating the holding edges?
I think he selected the verts and double "g" slid them to their neighbor verts and then slid them back.
You totally modeled that bottom of the wheel arch wrong, the lowest section should be the widest
