The Cookie crew are no strangers to working remotely. For the past 10 years, our small team operates with people across various cities around the globe, with the full-time crew each living in a different state here in America. Working remote has incredible benefits; lifestyle freedom, increased autonomy and the ability to take your kids to the doctor without taking vacation time.

The challenges are abound with remote work, though most of it revolves around the human element. Communication.
