Hard Surface Modeling in the Winter Months
Continuing with the winter theme, this week we're modeling a classic snow sled: The "Flexible Flyer" (more or less). The focus is on hard surface, polygon modeling. We'll be starting from scratch so this means sourcing reference images and generating a modeling sheet in addition to the entire 3D modeling process.
Join us for some fresh Blender 2.8 modeling shenanigans!
Ethan's doing a great job by the way and getting better and better with his videos
Cool! Thibaut teaches some awesome stuff 😄
oui Thibaut i have the same feeling
✌ ✌ ✌
[Q] You won't redo a "Pierro" like series in 2.80 will you? That was a lot of work.
Might as well start working with 2.8 now if anyone hasn't yet.
Still have mixed feelings, 2.79b was basically the ultimate stable form of blender. And the other side 2.80 is not such a hassle to get used to, bugs and crashes aside.
Awesome @wesburke thanks!
May be a controversial opinion but I prefer the 2.79 UI.
Never use 2.8 yet ...
