This event is part of the August 2018 Class, "Getting Started with 3D Modeling & Blender"
Digital sculpting is the more artistically intuitive method of 3D modeling. If pushing and pulling verts felt like the hard way of doing things, sculpting will be a welcomed alternative!
This stream collaborates with the Fundamentals of Digital Sculpting course. We’ll be discussing/demonstrating the pros and cons of digital sculpting as well as how it compares to mesh modeling. Again, practice makes perfect with any craft, so we will practice sculpting as well. Bring your questions and be sure to have your pen and tablet ready to practice with me!
I got my Intuos from a friend for free since he didn't use it. Works for sculpting, digital painting is not so nice with it
QUESTION: Do you think the masters that sculpted in marble in the Roman times, would be incredible sculpting in computers today?
Wacom is definitely the Mercedes S-class of tablets
I have HUION WH1409 very large, much space
Huion 221 Pro is good tablet, but the Shift Key will not map as a hot key
