I have used blender for years but since I finally took the leap to get a paid membership here I wanted to "retrain" on the basics to get little gold nuggets. This is one of those for me.
I always knew if I extruded and needed to cancel the extrude that I had to click undo twice but it never occurred to me that there are two steps that are happening. I think my subconscious knew it but it was nice to hear the explanation because the light bulb went on, and I said "huh! that finally makes sense"
