The treads I've made and set up, still jump a bit when moving forward; even switch rotation direction occasionally when the tank is rotated around Z axis. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

I've tried various settings and still can't stop the tracks jumping a bit when moving forward (as does the downloaded tank), but my tracks sometimes even switch direction when the tank is rotated around the Z axis!
