Not a question, just a critique. Just nitpicking a few words used in the presentation. The aft flight controls are called Stabilators. They are a combination of the Horizontal stabilizer, usually a fixed appendage on the side of the aircraft, and the elevator, the hinged flap attached to the horizontal stabilizer. What you referred to as the Elevator is the flaps, and they wouldn't move the way you described. The Flaps only move down to generate more lift. The effect you are describing (an elevator that moves opposite the aft elevator would be a Canard) A canard would have to be MUCH farther forward, forward of the CG to be effective. Great lesson though. Very helpful.
