ok so this is a bit frustrating, I still had my texture atlas data, so i clicked "Finishmanualunwrap" then it said "not all objects are visible!!" i unhide all objects and also tried doing the python script thing to unhide the mirrored objects, the python script just kept giving me errors http://imgur.com/IdTLMbF , so then i made a new texture atlas like you did in the tut since u didn't have the data anymore, but when i clicked Finishmanualunwrap" nothing happened. it doesn't do anything, it is very frustrating please help...
