I ran into a problem with Alt + R clear rotation keybind, I wanted to put it here just in case anyone else has this issue if you're running a Nvidia card with Nvidia experience installed. The keybind for the Nvidia overlay is the same and will conflict with blender keybinds, change the Nvidia experience keybind will fix the problem.
